What is red light therapy?

Red light therapy uses red and near-infrared wavelengths of light, delivered through LEDs. It is popular in wellness and beauty studios, and our devices let you enjoy a similar routine at home.

How long is a session?

Most sessions take about 10 minutes. Each device has a built-in timer, so you can simply press start and relax. Always follow the instructions included with your device.

How often can I use my device?

Most people use their device once a day, 3 to 5 times per week. Consistency is what makes a routine. Follow the recommendations in your device's manual.

When will I see results?

Everyone is different. Many people enjoy making it a relaxing part of their evening routine from day one. Visible cosmetic changes, if any, vary from person to person and usually require several weeks of regular use. Individual results vary.

Is it safe? Does it hurt?

Our devices are designed for personal cosmetic use and are non-invasive. You may feel a gentle warmth. Do not look directly into the LEDs, and use the eye protection or goggles if provided. If you are pregnant, photosensitive, taking photosensitizing medication or have a medical condition, consult your doctor before use.

Are these medical devices?

No. Our products are cosmetic and wellness devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Can I use my skincare products with it?

Use your device on clean, dry skin, then apply your favorite serum or moisturizer afterwards. Avoid using heat-activated or photosensitizing products during sessions.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the contiguous United States.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on every order within the United States.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, and delivery usually takes 4 to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email. See our Shipping Policy.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. As soon as your order ships, we send you a confirmation email with a tracking link. Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, as long as it has not shipped yet. Email us as soon as possible at contact@saunaridge.com.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and other secure payment options shown at checkout. All payments are encrypted and processed securely.
